About Eleasha Gray
Eleasha Gray, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner at North of Atlanta Pain Clinic, located in Duluth, Georgia. Eleasha earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1992 and her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of South Alabama in 2007. She is a member of the International Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau, and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Eleasha has served the past 23 years in the United States Navy as a Naval Officer. She is a member of the Dedicated and Dependable Women who give back to the underserved and homeless community. She is certified in basic life support (BLS), advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), and trauma nursing core course (TNCC). Eleasha has 30 years of nursing experience and 13 years in pain management and is dedicated, caring, and compassionate. As a nurse practitioner, Eleasha believes in providing safe, patient-centered, high-quality care to her patients. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
