Marry Ann He, MSN, AGPCNP-C, is a compassionate and dedicated board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She currently provides patient-centered care with a focus on evidence-based pain management. Known for her attentive and empathetic approach, she is committed to helping patients regain their quality of life through personalized and comprehensive treatment plans.
She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), where she developed a strong foundation in adult and geriatric primary care. Her clinical philosophy is rooted in research-based practice and a deep desire to improve the lives of others through thoughtful, holistic care.
Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she gained valuable critical care experience as a registered nurse in the ICU at UAB Highlands, and Princeton Baptist Medical Center of Birmingham, AL. She then advanced her career in Seattle, Washington, where she served as a nurse practitioner at Avamere Transitional Care of Puget Sound, caring for patients in a skilled nursing rehabilitation setting. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and exploring new cuisines.
